Firma Loup Ventures przeprowadziła swój doroczny test asystentów głosowych. Alexa, Siri, Google Assistant i Cortana odpowiadają w nim na 800 różnych pytań.
Google Assistant odpowiedział prawidłowo na 88% z nich, Siri na 75%, Alexa na 73%, a Cortana na 63%.
Rok wcześniej Google Assistant odpowiedział na 81% pytań, Siri na 52%, Alexa na 64%, a Cortana na 56%.
W badaniu wykorzystano głośniki Amazon Echo (Alexa), Google Home (Google Assistant), HomePod (Siri) i Harman Kardon Invoke (Cortana).
Kategorie pytań:

- e-commerce – Can you order me more paper towels?
- nawigacja – How do I get to uptown on the bus?

W badaniu wykorzystywano także urządzenia Wemo Mini Smart Plug, TP-Link Kasa Plug, Phillips Hue Lights i Wemo Dimmer Switch.
Przez ostatnie 12 miesięcy Google Home poprawił swoje wyniki o 7%, Echo o 9%, Siri o 22%, a Cortana o 7%.
